Local Guide: Our local experts will include our 'Star' guide Sylvain Bazin, notorious French ultra-runner who had run the Santiago of Compostela Road in Spain, the Shikoku pilgrimage (of the 88 temples) in Japan and the entire Via Francigena from Canterbury to Roma in the autumn 2013.

    On this trip we recommend:
Being fast is not necessary, but it will be good if you are used to run 20/30 kms a day. Attitude to face new challenges and a bit of preparation are essential to deal with this itinerary. Every morning we create little groups who will run with a guide at different rhythms. The slowest one will be perfect for the least trained.
Technical difficulty: (T – E) Small inclines and the route without technical difficulties make the itinerary perfect both for trail-runners and street-runners. Passages on white streets, easy grassy paths and a few fords. The guide's tips will help you to tackle each kind of soil, increasing your technical skills.
Specific equipment: trail-running rucksack (5/10L), water provision (min 1L), snacks and energetic bars (for each stage), emergency thermal blanket, trail-running/outdoor clothes good for every meteorological condition (cold, hot, rain), hat, band/scarf and gloves. Use trail-running shoes with perfect grip, very well tested in advance.
