Local Expert: Patrick has a real feel for our travelers’ expectations when it comes to exploring uncharted territory and he possesses a definite flair for finding a region’s hidden treasures. Our local guides and experts are available by phone to assist during your trip with any kind of emergency, breakdown (except flats), and if for some reason you need to arrange a transfer.
Need to Know: September – October are very busy because of harvest; we recommend booking early.
Arriving in Beaune, you will go to your charming hotel to check in and then explore the town with your free time. Beaune is very well-known for its wine as well as its history, in fact the Dukes of Burgundy used to reside there until the 14th Century. Be sure to leave some time to visit the 15th century ramparts and the famous hospices Hotel-Dieu. Beaune is also the capital of the wine of the region so you will want to visit some of the local cellars for a little ‘degustation’ or tasting! Your orientation with bike set up is at 5-5:30 pm at your hotel.
Meals: on own

Saint Sabine absolutely stunning, 5 star overall
I felt well informed about what we were to experience. Hotel Chateau de Ste Sabine was the standout. The bikes were a very good match for the route. They preformed fine no problems. I used the GPX files you sent me on my smartphone. Nancy backed me up with the cue sheets. Route finding was not a problem.
La Cloche and Le Richebourg were outstanding, Le Cep was charming, venerable, very welcoming! The bikes worked well and were in good repair.
