Meet us in our nearby bike shop at 10:30 and we will give you a full orientation of the tour, a bike fitting and after a short break, we will depart on our 2.5 hour guided city bike tour of Barcelona! We believe that there’s no better way to get to know Barcelona than on a bike. The city currently has over 200 km of bike lanes that are used every day by thousands of locals and visitors alike. This network of bike lanes stretches across the city, making it a breeze to get around and explore the architecture, history, and art of the city.

This morning, our pre-arranged taxi will pick you up from the hotel and take you to your starting point of Romanya. It is only about an hour away. From Romanya you will ride to the beautiful town of Tamariu, passing through Palamos along the way. Today Palamos is a popular summer vacation city that used to be a fishing village. You will find that is still holds this charming type of ambiance, as you stop for a visit! From here, you will ride the “little train” greenway, which runs for 6 km between Palamós and Palafrugell, along the disused narrow-gauge railway track – formerly linking Palamós with Girona via La Bisbal d’Empordà.
Distance: 26 km / 16 mi
Today you have the fun of jumping into the sea on a guided kayaking tour! The tour lasts approximately three hours and takes you from the beach of Tamariu to the Cova d’en Gispert. This cave is 150-m deep and is one of the largest and most spectacular to be found on the Costa Brava. Your day follows along the stunning and marvelous coastline that captures the true and unique essence of the Costa Brava.
Length: 3 hours kayaking
The route of the Camino de Ronda® is a path made for hiking along the ancient path in the seaside of the Costa Brava. The biggest part of the path of Camino de Ronda® goes through narrow pathways that haven been adapted specifically for trekkers on foot, with slopes, constant uphill and downhills, and sometimes can even be a bit challenging. At other times, you will also walk though sea promenades, beaches and flat stretches. The diverse terrain paired with the beauty of the landscape, flora and the abrupt geology of the Costa Brava, makes Camí de Ronda® so very special; it is an authentic paradise for hikers. Unlike other similar routes, Camí de Ronda® is a route that can be done 365 days a year. From Tamariu, we will go through narrow pathways leading us into the woods, until we reach Aiguablava Beach, Ses Orats Port and Fornells. After a sharp and continuous uphill, we reach Begur. Once leaving Begur, the route heads towards Pals.
Distance: 13 km / 8 mi, +300m
Overnight: Platja de Pals
Today’s ride takes you through the region of Baix Empordà. We recommended a visit to the Iberian town of Ullastret, a small, historical village and the largest Iberian settlement discovered in Catalonia. On the way back, you will visit the medieval village of Peratallada – the name meaning “carved in stone.”
Distance: 45 km / 28 mi, +361m
Overnight: Platja de Pals
