Once we receive your booking, we will begin working on the lodging and support services included in the tour. This usually takes 48 hours to turn around, sometimes longer as our European partners do not work weekends.
Final payments are due 60 days prior to travel, when we convert your balance due to $US using the exchange rate in place at that time. Payments in $US are possible by credit card or bank transfer. Final payments in Euros are possible by bank transfer.
