Superior customer service – you will work with one human throughout the booking and pre-travel process
Superior in-country support; our local partners are accessible, speak excellent English, and are there for you during your trip should something come up
In person orientation on Day 1 – our local team will meet you in person to go over the trip ahead, only rarely is this intro meeting done by phone
Private departure – your self guided bike tour is not shared with other bike tourists who are not in your traveling party, doing the same trip on the same date. This means we don’t group you up with other people to depart on fixed dates
Dates on Request – you can choose your ideal travel dates, we don’t make you fit our limited departure dates (see above point)
Superior lodging – we don’t book cheap hotels or even offer them. We do offer different tiers starting at 3 star up to 5 stars. This is an essential part of our experience!
Superior equipment & choices – hybrid bikes, e-bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes with included gear
Luggage transfers – of course – we move your luggage from point to point, you ride unencumbered and light, just a bike bag to carry day essentials
Meals – limited mostly to breakfast daily. Some tours include some dinners, in particular our gastronomic theme tours. For a variety of reasons such as personal preferences, freedom to choose, adventure, and cost we leave other meals out for you to do as you wish. We do include dining tips in our travel materials as suggestions.
Navigation – GPS, or ride apps for use on your phone are the standard, but we also in some cases still offer maps and paper route notes. It is essential that this is as intuitive as possible and we strive to make this easy for our travelers.

Can I change a flat and/or fix a puncture by myself?
Am I comfortable using technology-based navigation software and maps to self-navigate?
Am I capable of reading and understanding written materials and directions in an independent fashion?
Do I enjoy communicating with people who might not understand English, often with a friendly smile and a hand gesture?
