We had a great trip with Pure Adventures – doing the Vienna to Prague Short trip. I love the model used, which allows you to basically do an independent bike trip, with all the local support you need.

The itinerary itself wasn’t too onerous, but it had enough hills to keep us challenged. The scenery was stunning. I would highly recommend this tour.

Our Pure Adventures rep, Thomas was fantastic. He left nothing to chance. All the information he gave us was terrific–maps, written instructions, GPS, town maps with hotels pin-pointed–it was impossible to get lost. His emphasis on safety was also very much appreciated. The bikes were top of the line, the hotels were excellent and well-situated, close to town centres. The route for my husband and I, in our mid seventies, was a little challenging in parts, but we managed it just fine, and the scenery was always interesting. I would definitely use this company for further trips. We have used other companies in the past, but this company is organised and very professional.

This was my fourth bike trip in Europe: Provence, Slovenia, Croatian Islands and Salzburg to Prague. When people ask me why I bike I say you can see the “beside the road” flowers, smell the environment, hear the animals say hello, and find your way with maps, gps’s, compass. It is a wonderful adventure. We had fantastic turn by turn directions and sufficient maps. I had a problem with my bike, called Tom and had another one delivered for the next day. Wonderful trip…I loved it.
